Sketch Challenge 245
Wow! A heartfelt thank you to those of you who left so many well-deserved words of appreciation for Marlene. And, I really appreciated your welcome messages — though I had to LOL when reading sketch shout-outs directed to me. The sketch was indeed wonderful, but it was all Sandy’s handiwork. As always, your cards were fabulous and will be so appreciated by our heroes and their loved ones.
And a huge thank you to Doodle Pantry for sponsoring our last challenge! Congratulations to #11 Erika, the lucky winner of the $10 Doodle Pantry coupon. (The winning card maker was chosen using random.org.) Erika, please e-mail me at cards[dot]by[dot]sybrina[at]gmail.com to claim your prize.
Now for today’s sketch. Since the deadline for winter cards is December 31, this looks like a great sketch for an Easter card or two.
Our sketch was inspired by this lovely Christmas card sent in by Linda Anderson, who blogs at The Stamper’s Touch.
I’m not sure which element is my favorite: the embossed snowflakes, the pops of color on the crisp white background, or that adorable tag. Regardless, Linda’s created one pretty card. Please stop by Linda’s blog to view more of her art and leave a comment.
Now it’s your turn. Looking forward to your interpretations of this week’s sketch!
