Sketch Challenge #217

Sketch Challenge #217

Good Morning Peeps! Well, Spring has officially sprung… or so I’m told. It’s still pretty cold here so I’m hibernating inside this weekend working on Spring themed cards. I’ve been doing a lot of CAS cards. CAS is  short for Clean And Simple cards. Also, I’m very happy to see so many of you making cards with the sketches. I’m also happy to see so many of you newer members playing along. Thanks!

Here’s a cute sketch for you to try:

The inspiration for this sketch is this card by our own amazingly talented Sandy Allnock. Stop and visit Sandy’s blog, I can’t stop embellishing, and have a look see. 1. What a cute card! I love the rounded corners, a good reminder that A2 cards don’t just have to be plain-edged for OWH! Also loving the CAS layout, I am trying to do that more, which for many of us can be a challenge all its own!

  2. Great Sketch! And love the example!!!

  3. I really like this sketch…and I have free time today!!

  4. Super sweet card, Sandy! I love this sketch!
