Sketch Challenge #152

Sketch Challenge #152

Merry Christmas, friends! Did you meet Marlene on Friday’s post? You’re going to love getting to know her and seeing the challenges she’s going to bring to us at Stars & Stamps! And don’t worry, you haven’t seen the last of me 🙂

Are your Valentines en route to your shipper? I hope so, they are due in one week, and we have a postal holiday this week! Time to move on to other themes, and Sandy has specifically requested cards for our heroes to send to their children. Maybe this sketch would make a cute kids card, what do you think?

Our sample maker this week is the wonderful Sue! She has a blog called Little Bits of Random where you can see more of her great work as well as her adorable dogs, so be sure and go say hello. For this sample card, she used one of my favorite stamp sets, Year Round Sentiments from Hero Arts which is one of the OWH fundraiser sets! Thanks so much for the fantastic card, Sue!

There you have it folks, a very versatile sketch – what will you put in that center circle?  Hope you can take some time out this holiday week and make something cute, and be sure and come back here to link it up using the Inlinkz widget below so we can all share in the inspiration!

  1. I’m not seeing the Inlinkz widget. Am I missing something?

    • No, it is missing.

  2. Great card, Sue! I really like how you stamped the sentiment over the star!

  3. Love Love Love this sketch!! And I’m thriller to finally be back to creating after being WAY behind!!
