The Mailroom

Our volunteer shippers are here and ready to serve! They spend countless hours processing mail, and appreciate packages that follow guidelines.

You may send cards or AnyHero mail to any shipper, but sending to the one nearest you may save shipping costs for you on non-flat-rate packages. You can help these dedicated shippers in a few targeted ways that will save them time and help them plan for their shipments:

  • Check the guidelines and make sure your cards won’t spend time in the card hospital.
  • Email your shipper to let them know what’s on the way (beating the posted deadlines is a bonus!).
  • See the needs listed below if you’d like to match your cards up with a need.
  • Please be sure to enclose a completed Packing Slip with card count and contact info.
