Each Monday we update our total mailings on the Mailroom Monday Report. And Thankful Thursdays list everyone who's sent in cards or donations that week!

Your shippers


Operation Write Home's volunteer shippers are delighted to receive your cards!

Shippers process mail as quickly as possible, and send an email confirming receipt of all cards if an email is provided. Each donation is counted, stamped, matched with envelopes, and logged into our database.

It's helpful to have a completed packing slip, cardbacks stamped or labeled with our name, and dark cards lined with light paper to write on, otherwise the shipper has to do those things.

Donations by cash or check can be included in a package of cards; please mark or label it prominently so it doesn't accidentally get sent to Afghanistan!
